Refund policy

Due to the sensitive nature of shipping Pachinko machines, we cannot offer refunds on Pachinko machines. However, if you have pre-ordered a machine or ordered a machine with a detail package and we have not begun working on it, a refund can be requested.

Accessories in new condition (with the exception of Pachinko balls) can be refunded within 30 days minus shipping. Please contact info@modernpachinko.com to being the refund process.
